Serena Wixom has had a career in dentistry since 1978. She worked as a dental assistant then moved to a financial and schedule coordinator, then to an office administrator. She worked with her father, a now retired pediatric dentist, as well as others for many years in building and running highly successful practices.

Serena has worked as a consultant, author, and speaker for almost a decade. She is noted for her expertise in business development, systems implementation, leadership and team building for the entire team.
